We make every effort to meet the estimated deadline. Currently, Smitty’s Chrome Plating runs around 3 months out at all times  for new projects. We try to work with the customers on all due dates, but in some cases we are not able to meet the estimated date. All due dates are subject to change without notice. Call to confirm completion.

Smitty’s Chrome Plating is not responsible for the fit of your parts if we are not supplied with the piece they fit with. We will help you fit the parts at the shop but are not responsible to fix the part if damaged during fitting free of charge. It is the customer’s responsibility to disassemble all parts for plating, unless otherwise specified.

All parts not paid for with in 15 days of completion will be charged with a $100 rebill fee. All parts not paid for within 30 days will be turned to collections or sold to the highest bidder.
